Cancellation Policy for Standard Dates:
- 0-10 Days Before Check-In: No refunds or credit notes will be issued.
- 10-15 Days Before Check-In: Choose between a 60% refund (less a processing fee) or a 70% credit note.
- 16-30 Days Before Check-In: Opt for an 80% refund (less a processing fee) or a 100% credit note.
- More than 30 Days Prior to Check-In: A full refund will be issued (less a processing fee).
Important Note: A 10% processing fee applies to all refunds. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
For bookings that include at least one peak day (as per the provided list):
Credit Note Terms & Conditions:
- Credit notes are valid for six (3) months from the cancellation date of the original booking.
- Credit notes may only be applied to the property’s booking value, excluding additional services.
- To redeem or transfer a credit note, please contact us via email at info@shortstayindelhi.com with the necessary details. Any outstanding balance must be settled in advance to confirm a new booking.
- Bookings made with a credit note are non-refundable, non-amendable, and do not qualify for discounts.
Payment Policy:
- Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or check-in, as per the specific booking policy.
- Payment Method: Payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card, which must have an expiry date later than the intended check-out date. Alternatively, payments may be made in cash.
- Currency and Price Adjustments: Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. Once a booking has been confirmed, prices will remain fixed unless the booking is modified by the guest.
- Goods & Services Tax (GST): All quoted prices are exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. The applicable GST will be charged at the prevailing rate.
- Invoices and Receipts: Invoices and receipts confirming the booking will be sent as part of the booking procedure.
- Overdue Payments: Should your account become overdue, we reserve the right to charge interest at 4% above the Reserve Bank of India base rate from the due date for payment.
Damage and Loss Policy:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or loss of contents during their stay. Any damages or additional charges must be settled before check-out based on actual costs incurred.
Prepayment Policy for Best Available Rate:
- To confirm your booking, a 25% advance payment of the total reservation cost is required at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. This advance payment is non-refundable and serves as the cancellation fee as per the applicable cancellation policy.
- Extensions: Extensions are subject to property availability. If the property is fully booked, an alternative apartment may be offered. We reserve the right to charge a different rate for the extended period. Payment for the extended stay will be due immediately upon confirmation of availability.
No Tenancy Created:
- The property is not to be used as the primary or secondary residence of the guest(s). It is intended solely for temporary accommodation, holiday stays, or business-related needs.
- These terms constitute a contractual agreement for the use of the property as temporary or holiday accommodation and do not establish a tenancy, sub-tenancy, lease, or sub-lease. No landlord-tenant relationship exists between the property owner and the guest(s).
- These terms are exempt from the provisions of the Delhi Rent Control Act or any other relevant legislation and should not be interpreted as granting any tenancy rights.
Guest Requirements:
- The property must only be used by the maximum number of guests specified in the booking, as advertised. All guest names must be provided at the time of booking. Any changes to the guest list must be communicated to us in writing before arrival.
- All guests must present valid identification at the time of check-in.
- We reserve the right to terminate a guest's stay prior to the scheduled departure date if excessive clutter or disarray prevents necessary cleaning and maintenance of the property.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings.
Additional Charges:
Electricity Charges: Electricity is billed separately for each apartment, with individual meters for each unit.
Extra Guests: Additional guest charges apply at Rs. 1000 per guest, per day.
Extra Beds/Mattresses: Extra beds or mattresses are provided only if there are additional guests billed for the stay.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
Check-in: Available from 14:00 (2:00 PM) on the day of arrival, unless otherwise stated by the property.
Check-out: Must be completed by 10:00 (10:00 AM) on the day of departure.
Right to Amend Terms:
We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
